How Random Selection Works
Our List Chooser tool uses the Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm (also known as the Knuth shuffle) to ensure truly random and unbiased selection. This algorithm gives each item in your list an equal probability of being selected, regardless of its position. Whether you're conducting a random drawing, creating random groups, or just need to pick a few items from a list, our tool provides a fair and efficient way to make random selections.
